I set up Access2Care over 15 years ago now with the simple aim of providing the best possible level of care. Nothing less than the care I would want for my own parents would be acceptable and I am pleased to say that we have maintained that standard even in the recent challenges. I’m so pleased that we have found Laura Hughes to strengthen our management team – Laura has the same ethics as I do and will make sure that we don’t lose the essence of who we are.

I am passionate about the care we deliver. Since joining A2C in 2020, I have progressed from Carer, Senior Carer, Assistant Manager, and most recently, Registered Manager.

I am passionate about the care we deliver. Since joining A2C in 2020, I have progressed from Carer, Senior Carer, Assistant Manager, and most recently, Registered Manager. I know what it's like from grassroots to do this job and I know what we’re looking for when it comes to our wonderful staff. We are more than carers. We are healthcare professionals that strive to get the best outcomes for our staff and clients alike. We work tirelessly to help our clients to lead independent lives, one that is informed and with choice. I really couldn’t imagine doing anything else – I am driven to continue to be the small, caring, compassionate company that we always have been.

I started working for Access2Care just over 3 years ago. I enjoy working with the other members of staff and the clients we support are lovely and friendly. No two days are the same, which I like. I also get plenty of training and support from the other members of staff.
